We are proud to introduce to you our newest coffee offering. "Jua" is a washed Tanzanian Peaberry that we just had to have when we had that #FirstSip. It is bright like sunshine so we found the name befitting. Sourced from Burman, this is a clean and rich, super fresh 2020 arrival. Smooth with bakers chocolate and hints of a citrus acidity, raspberry, floral, we think LEMONADE. This is an aggregate production coffee from within the Mbeya region, similar to many African offerings. Sourced from family-owned farms, blended and screened for taste. The Mbeya region is known as the Southern Highlands, due to its altitude. It receives a plentiful rainfall, has an extended dry season and has fertile, deep red volcanic soils. The rounder shaped peaberry, formed from the maturation of one seed per cherry rather than the typical two seeds, is meticulously sorted during the milling process for its distinct flavor profiles. We are now offering our coffees in 8oz and 16oz bags as well as the traditional 12oz. No matter what size of bag you choose, we are sure you will be satisfied.
