Despite the significant damages inflicted by Coffee Rust on Mexican coffee plantations in recent years, both communities successfully managed to sustain the organic production of high quality Bourbon and Caturra coffee varietals throughout this challenging period.
Edelmira and the farmers worked together to carefully select the finest Red Bourbon and Yellow Caturra cherries from their first picking rounds, meticulously crafting this exclusive washed coffee lot.
 
Grown on high altitude plots from 1600 to 1900 masl, Alturas del Triunfo bursts with syrupy caramel making it a perfect espresso while understatedly complex as a filter with its vibrant acidity and layered dark fruits.
